We provide interpersonal skills training focusing on developing those who are about to take first steps back to employment, self employment, seeking career progression and pursuing new options as a result of redundancy.

We focus particularly on Developing Positive Skills in Literacy and Numeracy; Developing Positive Personal and Social Skills covering assertiveness, confidence building and Employability preparation for job search and career progression.

We offer accredited and non-accredited, tailored training courses, one to one sessions and open courses.

Positive Action Pathways is a bright, energetic company that is passionate about offering training opportunities for people to explore new pathways to nurture the leader within them.

We work closely with our clients to identify their individual and corporate routes to success
