Positive Action Pathways can provide YOU with help to find employment.

We provide a number of pathways either In House or NOCN Accredited options to support individuals to overcome obstacles that prevent them from finding work. The accredited structured option is available at Level One and Two allowing learners to develop skills in in CV writing, jobsearch strategies, interview skills and much more.

The In house Training course is available for those who are require short term tailored support in certain areas in order to change jobs or transfer their skills to meet current needs

NOCN Course:

Developing a Positive Approach to Employment with modules such as:

• Introduction to Group and Teamwork Communication Skills
• Introduction to Career Preparation
• Introduction to preparing for an interview
• Developing skills for gaining employment

We particularly recommend Developing Positive Skills in Literacy and Numeracy for those who need to update these skills.

The Literacy and Numeracy course aims to develop skills in reading, writing, the four number fucntions and apply it to everyday situations. These courses will enhance your employment skills and prepare you for success in your jobsearch.
